The Merry Madrigals perform today at FHS

The Madrigals were spotted spreading Holiday Cheer in the Main office Atrium this morning! 🔔🎄🎺🎵The Merry Madrigals are one of our favorite FHS traditions.

Why do they dress and sound like that? According to Masterclass, “A madrigal is a type of secular, polyphonic song that became popular during Europe’s Renaissance and early Baroque periods. Traditional madrigals are performed a cappella, with two to eight voice parts” (Masterclass). Listen below.

Spotted again 👀 in the C300 Hall, sounding angelic, the FHS Madrigals! 🤩🎵🎄🎼. Thank you to Mr. Walton and the FHS Madrigals for your performances today. #madrigals #traditions #singloudforalltohear
