Dance the Night Away: Prom 2025

On the evening of June 14,2025 , the seniors of Franklin High School gathered at The Westin in Princeton for one of the most anticipated nights of the year: Prom 2025. With the theme of Old Hollywood set in place, the moment students arrived, the energy was there. Each entrance itself turned heads with students pulling up in a range of vehicles, from sleek sports cars to elegant horse-drawn carriages, setting the tone for a night of glam and celebration.
Inside the ballroom, the décor sparkled under blue and purple lighting, and the music had everyone on their feet from the first song to the last. The food, just as much a highlight as the fashion, didn’t disappoint. The dinner menu featured a delicious spread including creamy pasta dishes, flavorful chicken parmesan, and a variety of sides and salads that left everyone satisfied.
Before we knew it, it was time for the announcement of prom king and queen. We at the FHS newspaper congratulate seniors: Precious Gem Wheeler and Alhaji Kallon.
The dance floor stayed full until 11 PM, with students dancing, laughing, singing and capturing every moment with photos that’ll live on long after graduation. It was more than just a dance — it was a celebration of four unforgettable years, a send-off into the next chapter, and a reminder of how far we’ve all come.
Whether they came for the vibes, the food, the music, or the memories, every student left with something special. Prom 2025 truly gave the Class of 2025 a night to remember.
Project Graduation: One Last Night Together

As the Class of 2025 prepares to close out their high school journey, anticipation is building for one final senior event: Project Graduation. Scheduled for the night of graduation, this overnight celebration is held inside the school — but don’t let the location fool you. What happens inside the building is nothing like a regular school night.
From midnight until sunrise, the school will be transformed into a safe, fun-filled space for students to celebrate their achievement. Past years have featured everything from inflatables and to karaoke, mechanical bull rides, raffles, and late-night snacks. This year’s event promises to bring even more surprises, and students are buzzing with excitement about what’s in store.
The best part? It’s all about togetherness. Project Graduation offers one last chance to hang out with classmates, reminisce about the good times, and share a few laughs before heading in separate directions. For many seniors, this will be the last time they see each other before college, work, or whatever the next step may be and there’s something special about closing this chapter with the same people who’ve been part of the journey since freshman year.
With food, fun, and the kind of late-night memories you’ll never forget, Project Graduation is more than just an event, it’s a final celebration of everything the Class of 2025 has accomplished.
